Omgosh. These are to die for! They are hand's down the best pecan bars. Ever. BTW, Barefoot Contessa is my second favorite cooking show. She's a normal person. I like that. What I don't like is pretentious bimbos with lots of cleavage acting, well, pretentious. That's so NOT what good food is about.

Yeah, dark chocolate ganache baby! 1 cup heavy cream, 2 tbsp. unsalted butter, 2 tbsp. sugar, bring it to a boil, pour in over 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips in a bowl. Let sit for a couple of minutes, then stir smooth with a whisk. Makes killer hot fudge, great cake filling and icing, and pretty amazing mocha, too! Love ya!
